Booking Forms

If you've signed up for one of our upcoming clinics, please download the attached forms and return them via email as soon as possible. 

• Risk Warning and Waiver of Liability - all attendees, including riders, fence sitters and ground archers must complete this form. 
• Rider Application Form - all riders (own horse or hire horse) must complete this form. 
• Horse Hire Application Form - only attendees who are using our RWS School horses for an event are required to complete this form. 

Horse Hire forms must be returned no less than 48 hours prior to the event to ensure we have time to assess and pair attendees with suitable horses.
